Barroilhet Residence
A guesthouse addition to the historic English Tutor home originally designed by Willis Polk.
Completed in 2010 the scope of work is a new detached guesthouse, front main gates, pool and detached jacuzzi, gazebo, outdoor kitchen, arbors, and a grass play area.
The design concept is terracing of various levels, starting with the outdoor kitchen at the same level as the existing house, and including a pool level, jacuzzi level, and a play area in front of the guest house. Low pitch gracious steps connect different levels, and planter walls and retaining walls are clad with natural stone.
