Hestan Residence
(Project performed as partner with Essalat/Hekmat Architects)
Located on more than 124 acres of rolling hills, this Mediterranean style estate is a 22,000 sq. ft. residence for a family of four. The building includes an 8,000 sq. ft. garage for the owner's valuable car collection, a wine cellar and tasting room.
An observation tower is the tallest element of this house and provides a 360 degree view of this grand estate.
A covered outdoor kitchen provides convenient dining for the family as well as serving large groups of guests.
